What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival or a late departure can often be arranged — just let us know when you book and we'll do our best.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows are charged the full amount. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Do you offer airport transfers?

The cabin is about 30 minutes from Phuket International Airport (HKT). We can help arrange a transfer, or you can grab a taxi easily at the airport. We recommend renting a scooter for getting around during your stay — it makes everything more convenient.

Are pets allowed at the cabin?

We love animals, but Kalm Cabin isn't able to host pets at this time — both for the comfort of all guests and to protect the surrounding natural habitat.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin — strong enough for streaming and remote work. We'll share the network details when you arrive.

What's the bathtub and outdoor shower like?

The cabin has a beautiful free-standing soaking tub with views directly over the lotus pond — guests say it's a highlight of the stay. There's also a giant modern outdoor shower, open to the sky. Both are completely private.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Bank transfers are also available for advance bookings. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Two nights minimum year-round. During peak season (December through February) and Thai holidays, three nights minimum. Staying a week or longer? Get in touch — we offer preferential rates for extended stays.
