What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you require flexible timing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows are charged the full amount. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we provide private airport transfers from Phuket International Airport (HKT). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Transfers can be arranged at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A dedicated driver will greet you at the arrivals hall.
Are pets allowed at the cabin?
We understand your pets are part of the family, however Kalm Cabin is unable to accommodate pets at this time. This policy ensures the comfort and well-being of all our guests, as well as the preservation of the surrounding natural environment.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin and pool area. The connection supports video streaming and remote work. Network details and the password are provided upon check-in.
Is the pool private?
Yes, Kalm Cabin features a completely private infinity pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The pool is surrounded by tropical gardens and offers uninterrupted views. Pool towels and loungers are provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Bank transfers are also available for advance bookings. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
A minimum stay of two nights is required throughout the year. During peak season (December through February) and Thai public holidays, a minimum stay of three nights applies. For extended stays of seven nights or more, please contact us for preferential rates.
